INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once the package leaves the US we cannot be responsible for delivery.  We do ship all overseas orders by Global priority Mail as it is the least expensive method with the capability to track your order.

  • Minimum shipping charges are $6.50 by priority mail.

  • All items are 1" Scale unless otherwise noted.

  • WARNING: $6 charge will be assessed for incorrect or invalid addresses.

  • We ship all overseas orders by Global Express Mail as it is the least expensive method with the capability to track and insure your order.

  • Any changes to your order after we have confirmed your order will result in additional handling charges up to $10.00.

  • ANY PROBLEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH
    PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO Return Items Without
    Prior  Authorization

  • There is a 20% restocking charge on any
    orders WITHOUT Prior  Authorization     - NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • All Returns must be in Original Boxes in SALEABLE CONDITION When Returned.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation from us it is more than likely due to one of the following reasons:
    1.  It got lost in "cyberspace".
    2.  If you have installed any type of block to prevent Spam or unwanted email please be advised that we will unable to confirm your order or advise you of shipping information.
    3.  The email was typed in wrong.

  • We charge a 15% restocking charge on special order items up to $100.00 value.  On orders of $101.00 to $500.00 the restocking fee is 20%.  Shipping fees (to and from) are not refundable.
