rooms, all linked by a middle staircase. The exterior features a charming
front porch, decorative quoin stones, fancy lintels, and typically ornate
bargeboards on the attic dormer windows. The optional Henley Basement with
its elegant railings and steps complements this house to perfection.

There are four main rooms measuring:
2 @ 11 1/4" wide x 8" high x 13 " deep
2 @ 14 1/4 wide x 8" high x 13" deep
The house is manufactured with the front, sides, roof and base made in
3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 1/4"
MDF, while the individual window sashes are 1/8" MDF. Two chimneys
and two staircases complete this ready-to assemble kit. All kits also
include all exterior doors and windows, railings, full instructions,
hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper. Please note: Houses are not painted.

Extend Henley Cottage by
adding a basement. This extension unit features four windows and opens
from the front. The basement is split into two large rooms with an opening
for you to add a basement door (DH054 available separately) located in the
dividing wall. All kits also include all exterior doors and
windows, railings, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
