Georgian splendour at its best! A beautiful family home with full-height bays and two dormer windows. A Georgian-style residence reflecting all the elegance of the era. There are four spacious rooms together with two attic rooms, and a staircase giving access to all floors. The house features charming bay windows, two dormer windows and a period front door. This imposing property can be enhanced with the Mayfair Basement, and would be a fine addition to any enthusiast’s collection. 

Overall size:27 1/2" wide x 26 1/2" high x 16 1/2" deep
There are four rooms measuring:
2 @ 11 1/4" wide x 8" high x 13 1/4"deep
2 @ 14 1/4" wide x 8" high x 13 1/4" deep

The two attic rooms are accessed by lifting the front of the roof. The house is manufactured with the fronts, sides, roof and base in 3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are made from 1/4" MDF and the individual window sashes are in 1/8" MDF. 
Two chimneys and two staircases, along with full instructions, all exterior doors and windows, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper complete this ready-to-assemble kit. Please note: Houses are not painted.

The Basement: Extend this grand house by adding a basement. This additional unit features two bay windows at the front and two side windows. The basement opens from the front to reveal the two large rooms inside, linked by a doorway for you to add a basement door (DH054 available separately) in the dividing wall. All kits also include all exterior doors and windows, railings, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
