This magnificent town house is just waiting for you to turn it into an elegant home.
A truly imposing English residence, featuring four spacious rooms plus a roomy attic. What makes this property so unique is the magnificent hallway and staircase linking all floors, and the front-opening basement. The attention to detail on the exterior is outstanding, with elements such as quoin stones, decorative lintels and ornate bargeboards all carefully selected. The basement is an integral part of the house, and its rooms are revealed when you open the house front.

The 1st and 2nd floor rooms each measure:
12" wide x 9 1/2" high x 14" deep
The basement, attic and top floor rooms measure: 
12" wide x 7 3/4" high x 14" deep

The house is manufactured with the fronts, sides, roof and base made from 3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are in 1/4" MDF, and the individual window sashes are made from 1/8" MDF. This ready-to-assemble kit comes complete with, stairs, handrails, landings, spindles and newels. Full instructions, all exterior doors and windows, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper are also included. Please note: Houses are not painted. Accessories and transfers are not available for purchase. All sizes are approximate.
