A smart town house boasting three generously-proportioned rooms. This is our smallest 1/12th scale property, but inside there are three spacious rooms including an attic. A side staircase links all three floors. The elegant exterior features a single bay window, porch and decorative lintels. A little English town house with a lot of character. Overall size: 16" wide x 29 1/2" high x 16 1/2" deep Ground floor and first floor rooms measure: 14 1/4" wide x 8 3/4" high x 13" deep Attic room measures: 14 1/4" wide x 6 3/4" high x 13" deep The fronts, sides, roof and base of the house are made in 3/8" MDF, the inner walls and floors are constructed from 1/4" MDF, while the individual window sashes are in 1/8" MDF. This ready-to-assemble kit comes complete with stairs, half landings, handrails, spindles and newels. Also included are full instructions, all exterior doors and windows, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper. Please note: Houses are not painted. Accessories and transfers are not available to purchase.
