doors and windows, full instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.

Extend this fine house by
adding a basement. This additional unit features two windows at the front
and two side windows. The basement opens from the front to reveal the two
large rooms inside, linked by a doorway opening for you to add a basement
door (DH054 available separately) in the dividing wall. All kits also
include all exterior doors and windows, railings, full instructions,
hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
